**Refund and Return Policy**

Hello from Owens Supply Company! We're here to make sure your experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below, you'll find our easy-to-understand refund and return policy.

**Refund Process:**
- Upon returning your item in its original, unopened packaging within 5 days of receipt, you'll receive a full refund of your purchase price.
- Your refund will exclude the actual non-promotional shipping costs of the original shipment, any return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee.
- Expect your refund within two to four weeks after we receive your return. We'll contact you via phone or email with the details.

**Inspection and Partial Refunds:**
- We inspect all returned items. If there's any sign of damage, wear, or if the item has been opened, you may receive a partial refund.
- Charges for both original shipping and return costs may apply in such cases.

**Shipping Charges and Restocking Fees:**
- Owens Supply Company covers return shipping charges and restocking fees for defective merchandise, items damaged in transit, or incorrect shipments due to our error.
- If you're returning your purchase for a refund, you'll be responsible for the actual non-promotional shipping costs of the original shipment, any return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee.

**Return Policy:**
- We're committed to your satisfaction at Owens Supply Company!
- To initiate a return, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days, returns cannot be authorized.
- Items must be in new and unused condition, with unopened packaging.
- Note that we can only accept returns for four cartons or more of flooring.
- Bulk items must be returned in their original unopened containers.

**How to Return an Item:**
- Give us a call at (912) 653-2331 to start your return process. Our friendly specialist will guide you through it.
- Remember to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) by contacting us at 912-423-4094 within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Clearly mark your RA# on the outside of the package for efficient processing.

**Non-Returnable Items:**
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been unboxed, installed, soiled, damaged, or used.
- Accessories, clearance items, special offerings, custom-made products, and items delivered over 5 days are also non-returnable.
