Tiffany is a third-generation leader in our family business, which has been thriving for six decades since its founding in 1963. She's the daughter of our CEO/Owner, Marcia McCoy, and the late former President/CEO, Terry A. McCoy. Since 2006, Tiffany has worn many hats, from Sales to Human Resources, and now serves as our Chief Operations/Purchasing and Human Resources Officer.

She holds degrees from The University of Georgia and has completed leadership training during her time there.

Tiffany is deeply committed to her community, serving as Mayor Pro Tem for The City of Pembroke and holding various other positions. She carries on her family's legacy of public service.

At home in Pembroke, Tiffany enjoys time with her husband, Mark, and their children. Her hobbies include shooting sports, shopping, woodworking, and travel. Tiffany embodies warmth, humility, and a strong commitment to both family and community.

Meet Mark Zeigler, our warm-hearted General Manager at Owens Supply. He's your go-to expert for all things doors, windows, engineered lumber, and full construction projects, whether it's a cozy home build, a practical addition, or a charming outbuilding.

Mark's journey began at the University of Georgia, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, majoring in Plant Pathology and Biological Science. After dedicating years to the University of Georgia Extension Service, where he excelled in various roles, he retired in 2017.

However, his passion for service never waned. Mark joined our Owens Supply family in 2018, returning to Pembroke with his wife, Tiffany, and their children, Tyler, Maddie, Lily, and Jeremiah.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys customizing cars and sharing his expertise as an independent coach for youth interested in shooting sports. His dedication to service, both in his community and for our customers, makes him an integral part of our team.

Wil has been with Owens Supply Company since 2019. He's a resident of Claxton, GA, a graduate of Claxton High School, and attended Georgia Southern University. With over 20 years of sales experience, he runs his own design business using various building materials to create art that has been featured at the Miss Georgia Pageant. His designs can be found in homes across the country from Arizona to New Jersey. His knowledge and passion for building projects make him an invaluable resource. Ask him about composite decking, windows, lumber, and more! He is also a “Funcle” to 4 nieces and 2 nephews and enjoys family, faith, culinary experiences, and new adventures.

Hunter Hagan joined the Owens Supply Company Sales team in 2023. He was raised in Pembroke, Georgia and still resides here with his family. He graduated from Bryan County High School in 2014 and attended Georgia Southern University. He married his wife Sierra in 2018 and together they had their son Gryffin in 2020. He holds his family and friends in high regard. He has a passion for reading and writing, and he would love the opportunity to write his own novel in the future. He has been in the sales field for four years and he strives to provide a premium and professional experience for all of those he assists on a daily basis.

Marci joined Owens Supply Company in May 2020 as part of the hardware team and eventually moved to sales in 2021.Before joining the Owens family, Marci worked in the medical field for 30 years. She grew up in Reidsville and moved to Bulloch County in 2005. She has one son, Andrew, who is 14 and is in 9th grade at Southeast Bulloch High School. In addition to working at Owens Supply Company, Marci is a member of Nevils Trinity Baptist Church where she is the nursery director.
